I like to introduce you to the Anti Aging benefits while using Intermittent Fasting. And I share with you why intermittent fasting can personally help you to stay slender, fit, and healthy for a lifetime.

Anti Aging Effects.

You keep hearing it anti-Aging, but how can you get older and stay youthful, fit, and healthy? There is an easy way to achieve such a state, called Intermittent Fasting.

Forever Young, a song from 1984, says it all, and I will do as much as possible to  supports my Anti Aging. Since the song was released, many people debated about this question, my answer was. Yes, I will and can. For me, it is crucial enjoying my life, as fit and healthy as possible. I will do as much as possible to  supports my anti aging. 36 years later, it has become a world-shattering topic.

In these fast-moving times, you can hardly afford not to be young anymore. People spend millions of dollars on plastic surgery for keeping up with the young ones. Unfortunately for some of us, it is impossible. Because you cannot live an unhealthy life for decades and think you can get your youth back from plastic surgery. Anti Aging is simply not working that way. The old saying beauty comes from within is still true. It is the way you live your life, is the way you gonna look when you are older. What can you do with a body that is young and beautiful from the outside but old and frail inside, not much, right?

But hold on, there is a much healthier, more convenient, and cheaper solution for a youthful, balanced, healthy life. Intermittent fasting. In this article, I like to introduce you to the Anti Aging Effect benefits and research of intermittent fasting and I like to share with you some interesting facts, why intermittent fasting can personally help you to stay, slender, fit, and healthy for a lifetime.

Nowadays there has been a real hype around intermittent fasting, which is not so surprising as intermittent fasting is one of the healthiest nutrition patterns available today.

Aging is associated with biological changes that contribute to both, a worsening in cognitive and physical functions. (1)

A low-calorie diet is the only non-genetic method today that has been found to extend the lifespan of humans and animals.

Unfortunately, most people struggle to keep a low-calorie diet for a long time.

Scientists have therefore been looking for alternatives that can offer benefits similar to those of a low-calorie lifestyle.

 Intermittent fasting supports anti-aging,

its effect on oxidative stress and genes comparable to Anti-Aging and metabolism (2)

By a low-calorie diet lifestyle, the lifespan can be extended and many chronic diseases that are associated with aging can be reduced or even prevented. These anti-aging effects can be attributed to diet-related reactive oxygen species that upregulate the sirtuins (3). Which is responsible for cell regulation.

Unfortunately, most people struggle to live with a low-calorie diet for a long period.

Scientists have therefore looked for alternatives (4) that have the same benefits as a low-calorie lifestyle. With intermittent fasting, scientists found out that it has almost the same or even better benefits that can be activated by a low-calorie lifestyle.

Nowadays there is an increasing scientific interest in further research into the metabolic and biological effects of intermittent fasting.

Fasting has been practiced for thousands of years, you can find it in all religions, people who had to make important decisions fasted for 40 days. You can read it in all the religious books,

  • Moses fasted for 40 days when he went up to the mountain to receive the commandments of God written on stone tablets (5)
  • Jesus, While Jesus faced the temptation of Satan, He fasted for 40 days. (6)
  • Mohamed did it in the seventh century, Prophet Muhammad declared, Islam is built upon five pillars, and fasting in Ramadan is one of them. (7)
  • Buddha fasted and performed penances,(8) for years which was of course not so healthy, therefore Buddha ends up recommending that monks not eat anything after noon. This practice could be considered a kind of Intermittent Fasting, which restricts eating to a specific period.

Fasting can therefore prevent and, if necessary, cure diseases and it can delay aging.

One thing is for sure, we are all getting older, the way we experience it depends a lot on how we eat from now on. Today’s life expectancy of the human species is 90 years, and even 100-year-olds are no longer an uncommon exception. With clean drinking water, good medical care, and sufficient food, life support increased to around 75 years worldwide.

Unfortunately, for most of the people in the western world, this is still an extraordinary dream. Due to their wrong eating habits, the risk of health problems from the age of 50 is very high. Sometimes I have the feeling, some people think, when their own body is destroyed, they can buy another one.

You can buy a lot with money, but health, fitness, and agility, all characteristics for a youthful life can only be kept through a healthy lifestyle.

  2. Little stress.
  3. An individual sports program, flexibility, and muscle building or retention.

It’s not difficult to do, it’s just a mind shift to a healthier you. It won’t be easy in the beginning, it takes only a week, you will already feel the change, your skin will be more beautiful, your hair will shine again, you will lose weight and feel vital. It is never too late to get fit and healthier again.

As a devout Christian who periodically fasts (usually for a week, adopting the 16/8 split), I can fully attest to the health benefits of intermittent fasting. Though I’m in my 20s, I definitely feel lighter, cleaner, purer, more energetic (from the detox), and relieved after I’ve fasted. There’s a power to cleansing our minds, bodies, spirits, and souls from all of the world’s junk and gunk-you truly feel like a new person!
