  1. I started to notice that I started the develop a turkey neck now that I am older. I never have any problem with weight and where did this come from? I think it is aging like you said. Anyways, the last thing that I want is surgery so your post is perfect! Never heard of the face yoga before but that sounds interesting! Oh wow! I can see the big different from the before and after photo, this is great. I am going to have to do this face yoga. Never thought that phoning and text messaging can be one of the causes.     • Yes, the Face Yoga Method is really very good, I was really a little scared when I saw my face changed, I did so much, sport, healthy food and didn’t want to continue to see my face age so quickly, then I found Face Yoga Method, and I was enthusiastic, of course, the face has so many muscles that we can of course train. The last two tips are particularly useful. Besides, I think keeping a good attitude and a reasonable diet, not too skinny, can also avoid sagging skin.

    • Hello Sam, Thank you for the feedback, I think you’ll be a lucky one, or a younger person, for me, I am getting 60 next year I have to do something, and with me a lot of other people also. Before laying under a surgery knife I prefer the ways I mentioned in my post, the face has so many muscles we use and we can make exercises with it. This is al brand new, but I think its gonna be a big change when people found out you don’t have to live with a sagging skin anymore, it is a kind of freedom

  4. As we age our bodies naturally begin to lose the layer of fat found just below the skin. This also happens with Intermittent fasting and weight loss. It is hard to tone that turkey neck skin. 

    You offer several great suggestions on how to do this. Face yoga is a great one. I for one and probably many people have never given much thought to “exercising” our faces but it offers your face that same benefits as the body when we exercise it.

    The options you give offer everyone something that should help and can help their face and neck loose skin.

We both have the same age, next year, we hit the 60, but I am not afraid, I am feeling so much younger and healthier because of my lifestyle. Your information is outstanding. Several of my family members suffer from the dreaded “turkey neck,” and though I do not have such a neck (I’m in my 20s), I definitely want to start taking steps now to prevent it from ever sneaking up on me. I absolutely love the idea of face yoga-we should certainly exercise our faces (and not only to chomp down on those salty chips and clam dip. Haha)! I also need to be MUCH better about looking at my phone and laptop-I am definitely guilty of looking at both for far too long, and my posture is not the best with either one. I am going to keep my head completely upright while on the phone and computer from now on, and I also plan to invest in an adjustable sit-stand desk (stand up while on the computer).
